Good morning ! Sorry to disturb you ...
recently a friend gave me some pics of Elle Fanning, and they are from a mag, but i think they have not good resolution. I mean, when i click in + on irfanview i can see pixelated regions of the image ... is it me? is it the program to view images i am using? is it the quality of the image ? or is it fine?

Hi! This type of scans have better quality, cos when no increase in 100% on monitor pics looks perfect and not pixelased like Elle Fanning one, and this scans much larger in MBs

What I see on monitor:

When look in 100% pics like this, Selena pic looks HQ without any pixels.
