Janelle Monae Stuns in Tulle and Feathered Dress at Met Gala 2017
Janelle Monae brought her signature style to the Met Gala!
The 31-year-old singer and actress stepped out in a voluminous tulle skirt to the annual gala held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday (May 1) in New York City.
Janelle‘s dress also featured a neck adornment made up of feathers.
The theme for this year’s gala is “Rei Kawakubo/Comme des Garçons: Art of the In-Between,” honoring Japanese designer Rei Kawakubo, who founded the label Comme des Garçons and is known for pushing boundaries in the fashion world.
