I have created this photoshop plug-in years ago
to deal with artifacts of Hi-res scans.

The result is quite good.

No more unpleasant moire effect..

If you have any celeb RAW scans (>=480 dpi, preferably 600 dpi)
I might be able to help you. PM me on the forum..
